My trip to Manchester/Liverpool/York/Chester/London was absolutely fun:D
hehe,2 years since ive taken a plane.
And th difference to this trip is that, our 80% reason was to visit Sister over
at Manchester(:
My long-awaited holiday,finally arrived.
hehe,
life over there is rlly different compared to Singapore.
Why different?
How often do you say ThankYou to someone whom offered a service/help to you here in Singapore? Uh uh. not often yes? HAHA.
But over people there,thy are rlly polite!
Each time you alight from th bus,its a practice for you to say ThankYou to th bus driver!
Different eh! Haha,you seldom say ThankYou to th bus drivers here right? yes! Haha.
The weather there is something Singapore will (definitely) not experience?
Snow:D
My first experience w snow. Its rlly beautiful i would say.
But very dirty when th snow melts on th roads,it become rlly black&dirty!
Dangerous? Yes,definitely! Its rlly slippery on th roads/floors/stairs there.
You rlly have to walk properly there!
HAHA. so yes~(:
but its definitely something you must experience in yr life.
A White Christmas! Its rlly nice though(:
Th girls&guys there are rlly pretty&handsome respectively!
The girls there are tall,nice figure,and rlly pretty! Haha(:
rlly imagine how can thy walk around in mini skirts,heels!
But th girls are rlly pretty!!
The guys,not to mention!
definitely hunks! haha. really handsome XD
Th girls there drink very commonly.
walking along th streets,seeing those girls holding a BIG BOTTLE of wine is rlly common there!! thy can rlly drink! Haha.
Police cars/vans. Ambulances!
How often would you hear th siren here?
Not often,i would say. Haha.
but there,everyday,youll definitely get to hear lik 5/6 times?!?!
its rlly common there i shld say.
and th police cars/vans there SPEED.
thy go from one lane to th opposite lane.
haha,and the siren is those high-pitch loud:/
haha! definitely an eye-opener yes!
haha!And sis says its rlly common there.
Time difference!!
Th difference from Manchester to SIngapore is lik 8hours(during winter time) difference!!
Apparently,i didnt adjust my watch to Manchester timing.
And each time i walk on th streets in Manchester,i would look at my watch.
tell myself "Woa. im shopping during Singapore time 5am,6am" HAHA!
definitely something i feel so funny of myself >< haha!
and sleep lik at 9am singapore time,waking up lik 5pm/6pm singapore time!
AND THATS WHAT HAPPENING TO ME NOW :/
SLEEPING AT 5AM,WAKING UP AT 6PM IN SINGAPORE!
hahahahaha .but well~ experience so yeah(:
Friendly/polite people.
People there are rlly helpful,friendly,polite!!
When someone helps them,they'll say " thanks " or " cheers " !
hahaha. kinda cute ><
Shopping!
shopping there is rlly good. you get good stuffs at a good price there?
topshop,gap,fred perry,mango,dorothy perkins etc ....
at rlly good prices:D Definitely cheaper than spore!
haha(: so yes,YoursTruly shopped alot alot there this time round.
haha(:
BUT....
th locals there can shop even more than me, definitely!!
each time,you can see those locals carrying lik more more more shopping bags than me!
Haha!
Prices of food/cabs/transport!
it rlly get very expensive when it comes to eating.
a simple meal can lik cost us 100SGD!! :/
HAHA. and a LondonCab can cost up to lik ...... 30SGD?!
Haha,yes....
th food is expensive, but th portion is definitely big one!!
Encountered 2 different mad women in Manchester&London!
Th one in Manchester, i saw her lik twice :/
she rlly looked lik a witch:C Scary!
and Joyce&Sis say that she is lik very popular there to talk about th government/politics on th bus!
yes,th first time i saw her was @ th bus-stop.
She was lik screaming @ a bus-driver for no reason! :/
her eyes are scary, she stare @ you lik shes gona kill you!
the second time i saw her was on th bus, took same bus as her :/
ohman,and she was lik standing in front of th bus
giving th passengers some LECTURE.
talking about politics! :/ :/ :/ scary!
Th one in London, saw her twice too!
AND SHE ALWAYS APPEARS AT OUR HOTEL LOBBY .
first time saw her,squatting on th floor screaming&beating herself on her chest:/
second time didnt see her,but heard her screams from our rooooooooooom!
damn scary!
I rlly enjoyed my trip definitely(:
hehe.

AND RACHELCHEONG finally touched down Singapore alr(: hehehehe .
its rlly something that will brighten up my mood so much so much.
feeling of having a close sister overseas for months is TERRIBLE.
no one to talk to at night. no one to listen to me rant!
